Service Agreements

What separates us from other HVAC companies is we perform preventative maintenance. This means we will clean up your system as well as solve any problems before they become problems. We aren’t here to sell you anything extra, but in most cases, we offer accessories that can improve the efficiency of your HVAC system. Here’s a quick rundown of our Preventative Maintenance services:

Run Systems Check	Check voltage and Amperage on all parts
Lubricate motors	Lubricate fan blades
Clean air handler cabinet	Clean outdoor unit body
Clean outdoor coil	Clean evaporator coil (if accessible)
Clear drain lines	Add chlorine tablets to drain and/or drain pan
Check for defects in equipment	Check for defects in ductwork
Priority Service

* Chemical coil cleaning to be performed once a year in Spring and a brush cleaning in Fall. * Drains will be cleared and chlorine tablets added twice a year.

* Filters are the responsibility of the homeowner. Filters must be checked and/or replaced monthly (not twice a year).

* Any parts that are needed during the maintenance are discounted as long as the repair is made during the maintenance.

* The 10% Discount is for Two Maintenance a Year Customers only

Contract Price:

One Maintenance a Year: $115.00 ($65 for each additional unit in the same home) 

Two Maintenances a Year: $175.00 ($95 for each additional unit in the same home)

Right now, we are offering a $55 service fee for Little River and Calabash, as well as a 3-year labor warranty for all Comfort Masters Customers along the Grand Strand and beyond!
