01 How much does a service agreement cost?
Our plans start at $115/year for one maintenance visit or $175/year for two visits. Additional units in the same home are discounted. Two-visit plans include a 10% discount on any repairs needed throughout the year.
02 How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?
We recommend twice a year — once in spring before cooling season and once in fall before heating season. This ensures your system is ready for peak demand and catches issues early.
03 What's included in a maintenance visit?
Each visit includes a full system inspection, voltage and amperage testing, motor lubrication, coil cleaning, drain clearing, and a check for equipment or ductwork defects. We clean and tune — not just look and leave.
04 Do I still need to change my filters?
Yes. Filters should be checked and replaced monthly by the homeowner. Dirty filters restrict airflow and reduce efficiency — even with regular maintenance.
05 What's the benefit of a two-visit plan over one?
Two visits per year means chemical coil cleaning in spring and brush cleaning in fall, plus twice-yearly drain treatment. You also get a 10% discount on any repairs — which can pay for the plan itself if you need a part replaced.
06 Is there a warranty on maintenance work?
Yes. All Comfort Masters customers receive our 3-year labor warranty on qualifying work, including repairs identified during maintenance visits.
