We already were pleased with our experiences with Comfort Masters. Alex did excellent work for us.

We called for service on our Daikin Splitter on Sunday of the Memorial day weekend and Cody came out an hour later and did a great job fixing it.

I have been using Comfort Masters for several years and a I am more than satisfied with their service. The staff are friendly and helpful. My HVAC is checked 2X per year including changing my filters. When I needed a part I was charged for the part only. When the service men come out they are very courteous and respectful of my home.

On this 90 degree day, one of our two units stopped working. We called just before 5pm and left a message. We thought we were going to have a miserable night but 10 minutes later there was a knock and the door and within 30 minutes, air was flowing again.

Called to get a quote on a/c maintenance and price was the best for twice a year service, we agreed on the contract and came out within 2 days to service my unit. They did an amazing job cleaning the unit inside and outside and left it looking 10 times better then it was before they came. Also I appreciate them coming out after I had my original company who installed it came to do the same job but half butted it and made my experience so much better knowing I have a great team to work with in the future years ahead! Working with Comfort Masters to have our exterior HVAC system serviced as well as our interior ducts cleaned was a very easy, stessless and assuring process.

Alex Todd, owner, answered my initial call immediately, and all successive calls thereafter, of concern/questions in a timely manner. His follow-up calls/emails with work estimates were within hours as well as scheduling completion of the jobs scheduled within a one week period. He showed up on time, worked diligently and efficiently all the while maintaining a professionalism beyond reproach. His assistant, Cody, equally displayed the same exemplary work ethic. Cleanliness and remaining focused on task was consistent and standard throughout the jobs.

Even before the jobs were actually started, it became quite clear, through our various interactions/communiques to negotiate the projects' specifics, a respect, trust and confidence was quickly developing that would assure us this was a company that would complete our project expectancies in a reputable and exacting manner as promised.

Alex came out, tested and replaced the capacitor in our systems compressor. He also inspected a part another company said we needed when we did not. Finally, he checked the liquid coolant and showed me it was lower than it should have been and corrected that as well. He was referred to me by friends who have used him before, the best kind of reference. He got it done quickly, at a fair price.

We HIGHLY recommend Comfort Masters. During a preventive maintenance service on our HVAC in a new house that we purchased a year ago, they discovered that the builder had installed an incorrect sized air hander for our home. Comfort Masters worked with the manufacturer, provided us all the information we needed to demonstrate that our air handler was the wrong size and installed the correct size unit. Comfort Masters is an extremely honest and professional company.

Alex was very punctual providing immediate feedback on his estimate and was able to schedule and install our mini-split in our sunroom. His workers communicated with us in a timely fashion and installed the unit on time and on budget.

I was referred to comfort masters by a neighbor after another company failed to fix a problem with my air conditioner. Alex contacted me at the request of my neighbor and came the same day. He and his associate, Cody, identified the problem within approximately 15 minutes. Alex somehow managed to get a part that had been on backorder within 2 days. They returned and had a new txv valve installed and tested within approximately 2 hours. He checked with me the day after installation to insure all was working as expected. I asked for a thermostat replacement that day and tcody came by at 5 to switch out a Nest for a more user friendly device. These two men worked in my attic in extreme heat without complaint. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, efficient, courteous, and competent. They have my future business and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Great guys to do business with!

So grateful for Comfort Masters!! He was at my house in less than 15 minutes (on a Saturday!!) and able to fix a problem that we’ve been dealing with for years. A problem that previous companies failed to mention. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone with heating and cooling problems!

Comfort Masters installed my new heat pump. They were very responsive coming out to provided a detailed proposal and installing quickly. The installers were respectful and knowledgeable. And they checked in with me the day after install to ensure everything was ok. I would recommend them.

Our air conditioner wasn't working well at all, even after a different company said it was fine. It would barely cool the house. Although Alex was busy he fit us in for a second opinion. He had calibration tools and did load calculations. Far more than any other tech I'd seen. My AC has never worked so well as is does now after his adjustments. I won't be using anyone else again. Wish I had called him first and saved some money.

Great service! I’m a single mom of two and when my ac went out in the dead of summer Comfort Masters went out of their way to get out to my house and got my dinosaur of a unit running. A few months later they came out and replaced my unit. Who know houses could get this cold in the middle of summer?! I sure didn’t, it’s amazing. He was very professional and got everything replaced and installed in record time. Super pet friendly and worked well with my animals hovering, huge bonus! 10/10 recommend.

My heat pump ceased working the first night of severe cold. Also, one of the rooms in my house never got air flow in its vent. Alex came out, diagnosed the issues, fixed the heating sytem and had great solutions for the venting problem. I had a lot of questions, since I'd never had a heat pump. He took time to answer all of them....can't give enough stars to this company!

When moving to this area one and a half years ago, we wanted to have our HVAC system evaluated in the home we purchased. We got quotes from multiple companies that we called for the evaluation.

Instead of just trying to sell us a completely new system, they explained what needed to be done to keep our unit operating at peak efficiency at a reasonable cost. We have them do their semi-annual service check and have been very happy with their service and in the performance of our HVAC system. We highly recommend them!

He is extremely flexible and wants to ensure our house remains cozy regardless of the season. As long as Alex provides service I will never goto anyone else. I would rather suffer through a heat wave than have work with another company.

Alex came same day to evaluate my AC problem, even though I gave him the option to wait until a weekday. He installed a new AC unit within the next 24 hours, and when we were hit by a rainstorm, came back next day to double check everything was working properly. He also gave me a solution that saved us a good deal of money, and installed a quality piece of equipment with 2x the warranty length of our original unit. An entirely good experience.

Alex was extremely professional. He got the job done way sooner than any other company (I called A LOT of companies around the beach) and most importantly, he was completely honest and didnt overcharge for anything. He didnt prey on my ignorance. He educated me on how to prevent further issues and not need his services in the future. He even waved a fee that didnt solve the problem. Absolute pleasure. No one usually leaves an air conditioning crisis feeling happy but I did. I would 100% reccomend.

Alex is great!!! The guy came out same day to fix and repair all duct work and condenser. Come to find out the condenser was trashed so he got another 4 ton unit the next day and for a great price. Will always use him for our a/c needs and I suggest you do the same!!!

My experience from start to finish was what every service company should strive for. On time for the appointment, thorough explanation of what needed to be done, actually early by a few minutes to begin the work, did a great job and then followed up one week later to see if I was happy and how things were going. Great Job!!!

I had another HVAC company out twice to fix a problem with a musty smell coming from the AC ductwork. I was told there was no problem and to spray Lysol into the air intake. The problem got worse. Alex came out and found the problem literally in seconds. The insulation was wet inside the air handler and obviously had been for a long time. Since the unit was 10 years old I had Alex replace it. In about three hours he had it replaced and running perfectly. He also was able to figure out why that insulation was wet and he corrected that also. The prior HVAC guy turned the fan up too high a few years prior which drew condensation onto the insulation. Very happy with his service.

Alex answered a distress call from us and rescued us from disaster last winter. He is very professional and has won our HVAC business. It's nice to find a small local business to work with in these situations. He can do it all !!
